Questions, answered
How do I personalize my keepsake?
Enter your personalization in the fields on the Etsy listing. Check names, dates, spelling, and capitalization carefully before you check out. If a listing has a personalization preview, review how your details look first. If you spot a mistake after purchasing, message me through Etsy right away. Changes may be possible before production begins, but can’t be guaranteed once your keepsake is in production.
Do you offer gift boxes?
Yes. Ornaments are available without a gift box or with your choice of a white or gold gift box. Both box colors are the same price, and every ornament option includes free US shipping.
When will my keepsake arrive?
Each keepsake is made especially for you, so check the listing and the estimated delivery window shown at checkout for current timing. Production and shipping time are separate, and delivery dates are estimates. During the holidays, order early and allow extra time for gifts. Tracking appears in your Etsy purchase details once your package ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. Keepsakes currently ship within the United States only.
What if my keepsake arrives damaged or incorrect?
Message me through Etsy as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and I’ll help make it right.
