Purchases happen on Etsy
Every Bayside Keepsake order is placed and paid for on Etsy. When you buy, Etsy collects and processes your payment and shipping details under the Etsy Privacy Policy. I never see or store your card information. Etsy shares the details needed to make and ship your order, and those details are used only to fulfill it.
Information you choose to share
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message, so I can reply to you.
- Email list: your email address, if you join the Keepsake List. Emails are sent through Hostinger Reach, my email service provider. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time.
- Comments: if comments are open on a post, the name, email, and comment you submit, plus your IP address to help prevent spam.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider (Hostinger) keep basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running well. The site uses essential cookies for things like remembering comment details. If I add website analytics in the future, I will update this policy to say which service is used.
